- TB1360F: A high-strength anaerobic sealant designed for locking threaded parts and joints that see high temperatures. ThreeBond describes TB1360F as a “high-strength anaerobic sealant having excellent thermal resistance,” which bonds and seals metal threads when air is excluded. This makes it suitable for fasteners in EV motors and battery enclosures.
- TB2280H: An adhesive formulated for magnet bonding in EV motors (rotor core assembly). It ensures secure attachment of magnets under the mechanical and thermal stresses of an electric motor. TB1530 bonds and seals electronic components and structural joints in EVs without producing harmful byproducts, aligning with safety and environmental goals.

For instance, TB2045B/2145B’s UL V-0 rating helps prevent fires in battery systems, while TB3953’s thermal stability ensures components stay secure under load.
