Battery Pack Case sealing

Fuel Cell

TB3178 in the fuel cell and perform the vital function of water sealing application around the electrolyte membrane (MEA).

Considering the place of use and mass productivity,

We developed UV curable gasket with water-based chemical resistant

and high barrier properties.

TB1153E can be used in fuel cells that can withstand the curing temperature of 130*C. Certain cells have operating temperatures of up to only 70*C, beyond which the electrolyte gets damaged due to heat exposure. In such cases alternate products are required

Both these products are also used for preventing leaks along the water flow channels.
