For sealing battery pack enclosures, ThreeBond’s TB1160 is a silyl‑based non‑silicone sealant designed for automotive electronics; it forms a tight, durable seal to keep out moisture, dust and vibrations. ThreeBond’s EV portfolio also addresses motors and inverters. TB1360F is a high‑heat anaerobic adhesive formulated for stator core lamination and other high-temperature motor applications. It cures to form a rigid bond that withstands the continuous heat of motor operation (glass‑transition well above 150 °C). For rotor assemblies, TB2280H is a liquid epoxy adhesive optimised for magnet bonding. It flows into gaps between magnets and iron, then cures to a high-tensile, creep-resistant bond – ensuring magnets stay fixed under thermal cycling and vibration. Power electronics modules and inverter cases benefit from heat‑curable epoxy resins such as TB2235L, a one‑component resin with a high glass-transition temperature. TB2235L provides excellent thermal stability and strength for bonding or potting in inverter units. In some applications, ThreeBond also supplies UV‑curable adhesives to enable rapid curing and precise assembly, further improving manufacturing throughput.
Maintenance and Service Products

For example, Super Chain Lube is a multi-purpose aerosol lubricant that penetrates into chain rollers and pins, reducing wear and corrosion in e-bicycle and e-scooter drive chains. In addition, ThreeBond’s Super Sealer is a high-temperature liquid gasket compound that seals engine and gearbox flanges against oil, water or fuel leaks – useful for cooling system or gearbox maintenance on EVs.
