ThreeBond 1303
ThreeBond 1303 is a powerful high polymer adhesive and sealant. It can be applied to prevent threaded parts from getting loose, leakage and for fixing tiny space between threaded parts. It can also be used as an adhesive and sealant.
Features
- Low viscosity.
- Quick setting at room temperature. When applied to threads and joints, the adhesive hardens quickly at the normal temperature.
- Good reactivity. Adhesive readily reacts and hardens even an inert materials such as surface plated with zinc chromate, chromium and nickel-chromium without adding accelerator.
- High break loose torque.
Application
- Fixing and sealing for screw (bolt and nut, pipe joint).
- Fixing and sealing for shaft.

ThreeBond 1305
ThreeBond 1305 is a reactive acrylic monomer based anaerobic adhesive and sealant. The setting speed is fast and fixing strength is high enough for permanent fixing.
Features
- Fast setting.
- High fixing strength.
- Excellent chemical resistance.
- It does not harden as long as it is in contact with air (oxygen has a stabilizing effect on the adhesive).
- Volume reduction of adhesive will not occur when hardening. Hence, excellent sealing.
Application
- Fixing and sealing for screw (bolt and nut, pipe joint).
- Fixing and sealing for shaft.
Package size & Color
10gm, 50gm
ThreeBond 1322D
ThreeBond 1322D is a medium strength anaerobic sealant. The sealant does not cure while exposed to air but when it enters a gap between metallic parts to be fastened, it quickly reacts and cures to prevent screws from loosening and seals parts. ThreeBond 1322D is free from di-n-butyl phthalate.
Features
- Medium strength type (2) Contains no di-n-butyl phthalate.
Application
- Prevents screws and bolts from loosening, and sealing.

ThreeBond 1324
ThreeBond 1324 is a reactive acrylic monomer based anaerobic adhesive and sealant. The setting speed is fast and fixing strength is medium. After fixing, removal is available according to need.
Features
- Fast setting.
- High fixing strength.
- Excellent chemical resistance.
- It does not harden as long as it is in contact with air (oxygen has a stabilizing effect on the adhesive).
- Volume reduction of adhesive will not occur when hardening, hence, excellent sealing.
Application
- Fixing and sealing for screw (bolt and nut, pipe joint).
- Fixing and sealing for shaft.
Package size & Color
50gm
ThreeBond 1360
ThreeBond 1360 hardens in fine gaps in metals and the absence of air. There is no loss in weight when hardening and a high bonding strength is obtained. Therefore, it demonstrates high performance as an adhesive and sealant for screws and for fitting.
Features
- Heat resistance up to a maximum of usable temperature of 200°C.
Application
- Fixing and sealing for the screw (bolt and nut, pipe joint).

1Kg
ThreeBond 1386D
ThreeBond 1386D, an anaerobic sealant for Welch plugs, is characteristic in that it is designed to minimize the sag and flow into the lower part of engine block interior, over an elongated intermission of assembly work use to unexpected reason. Thus it assures uniformity in sealing effect.
Features
- No hardening while in the air, but this hardens without any thinning at normal temperature when air is shut out inside the gap (clearance) of metal and so on.
- After hardened, excellent various properties are obtainable, namely thermal resistance, resistivity to chemicals, weatherability, anti-vibration nature.
- Before hardened, this is liquid and has thixotropicity, so application is easy. After applied, this long remains at the place needing the seal without any running out.
- This hardness without any hardener to such inactive matters as zinc-chromate plating, chrome plating, uni-chrome plating and some others.
- This can afford to entirely fill any minute gap (clearance) at the contact surface, together with corrosion-proof function, anti-abrasion performance, and some others in addition to merely sealing at the contact portion.
Application
- Anaerobic sealant for cap sealing (Welch plug).

ThreeBond 1401B (Screw Locking Agent)
ThreeBond 1401B contains synthetic resins and rubbers for its main ingredients and its originating modified from ThreeBond 1401. By one application, it prevents screws, nuts, and bolts from getting loose, leaking and rusting. Screws, practical aspects are usually required to be taken off. So, prototype is designed so as to be taken off at the time of maintenance or repair by a force 10% ∼ 20% more than that for screwing.
Features
- ThreeBond 1401B is resilient and has excellent vibration and impact resistance.
- Prevents rusting and corrosion.
- Has excellent locking effects, and yet can be taken off easily.
- Does not harm most plastics and painted parts.
- Can be used for a wide range of temperatures.
- Reduces frequency of quality claims resulting from screw loosening and increase reliance on machinery.
- Presents no fatigue and aging as with washers and maintains a locking effect forever.
Application
- Remove any moisture, grease and other foreign matter.
- Mix and/or shake well ThreeBond 1401B before application.
- Apply with brush onto threads.
- Do not touch the screws until ThreeBond 1401B cures completely.
- To unlock a screw or bolt, apply a torque approximately 20% higher than that used for locking.

ThreeBond 1401C (Screw Locking Agent)
ThreeBond 1401C is composed mainly of acetic acid vinyl resin. The locking agent has a great effect to prevent screws, nuts and bolts from loosening, leaking and rusting. Further, it is removable after the screws, nuts and bolts have been tightened by loosening force at approximately 30% to 50% of its original tightening force.
Features
- Cured ThreeBond 1401C is resilient and has excellent vibration and impact resistance.
- Prevents rusting and corrosion.
- Has excellent locking effects, and yet can be taken off easily.
- Does not harm most plastics and painted parts.
- Can be used for a wide range of temperatures.
- Reduces frequency of quality claims resulting from screw loosening and increase reliance on machinery
- Presents no fatigue and ageing as with washers and maintains locking effect forever. Application
Application
- Remove any moisture, grease and other foreign matter.
- Mix and/or shake well ThreeBond 1401C before application.
- Apply with brush onto screw threads. Another convenient method is to dip threads in ThreeBond 1401C.
- Do not touch the screws until ThreeBond 1401C cures completely.
- To unlock a screw or bolt, apply a torque approximately 20% higher than that used for locking.
