ThreeBond 3305B (Adhesive For Magnetic Head Of Hard Disk Drive)
ThreeBond 3305B is an adhesive developed for assembling magnetic head in HDD, etc. Removes static electricity when joining slider core and suspension and prevents static electricity on magnetic head.
Features
- This adhesive temporarily fixes slider core by UV irradiation. And bonds HDD magnetic head upon heating.
- As the hardened adhesive has a soft Young modulus (bend ability ratio), unlike existing adhesives crowning hardly occurs.
