Instant Adhesives
This product is an industrial adhesive whose major components are synthetic rubber (solvent-based) and special polymer (non-solvent-based, moisture curable). It has particularly strong initial adhesion, and it does not lose elasticity after bonding.
ThreeBond 1741
ThreeBond 1741 is a cyanoacrylate-based instant high-strength adhesive of solvent less single-fluid type. It polymerizes in a few seconds and binds strongly on almost all materials except for materials, which absorb the adhesive.
Features
- Instant bonding. Strong adhesion in only 5 to 30 seconds.
- No mixing, pressure or heat required.
- Strong adhesion at room temperature.
- Very small quantity required. Its relatively low viscosity allows good spread and penetration.
- Clean appearance. Bonding is colourless, transparent and clean.
Application
- For binding weather-strip rubber and door stop rubber.
- Firm fixing of the speed changer level.
- Suitable for bonding wood such as balsa or plywood. Also applicable to rubber, plastic, metal, ceramics and paper.

ThreeBond 1782 cyanoacrylate based instant adhesive is a solventless single component type liquid which bonds rapidly at room temperature and demonstrates excellent properties such as impact and heat resistance.

General purpose cyanoacrylate-based instant adhesives are widely used for non-porous surfaces.It polymerizes in a few seconds and binds strongly on almost all materials except for materials which absorb the adhesive.

- Strong initial strength. 5 minutes after application, an initial bonding strength of over 50kg/cm2.

ThreeBond 1797
ThreeBond 1797 as an exclusive primer for ThreeBond 1700 series (Instantaneous Adhesives).
Features
- Excellent adhesive performance to polypropylene, polyethylene and polyacetal. Effective also in application to EPT, polyurethane, soft PVC, etc.
- Rapid curing properties. Allows adhering operation immediately after applying.
- Can be used for all instantaneous adhesives in the Three Bond 1700 series.
