ThreeBond 1212 is a single component, room temperature vulcanizing, silicone sealant (white). Has excellent chemical resistance and also excellent initial pressure resistance.

ThreeBond 1206D

ThreeBond 1206D is a one-component, room curing (RTV type) silicone sealant. After curing, it becomes a rubbery structure that possesses excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and chemical resistance. It is paint-able. Hence, enable painting, if necessary after painting.

  • Excellent heat and cold resistance. The rubber flexibility remains in a wide range of temperature of –40 ~ 120°C.
  • De-alcohol type. Does not corrode and bromination to metallic substrate.

It has excellent oil resistance and initial pressure resistance. In recent years, a wide range oils (engine oil, gear oil, transmission oil) have become more popular. But even against these demanding lubricants, TB1216 has excellent performance. It is suitable for large joint surface clearances or short assembly time.

But even against these demanding lubricants, TB1216 has excellent performance. It is suitable for large joint surface clearances or short assembly time.

ThreeBond 1217G

ThreeBond 1217G is a high extension type one-part silicone-based sealant that cures at room temperature for use for FIPG. The product is excellent in engine oil resistance and suitable to sealing of high-grade oils. And, the product also manifests excellent properties in initial pressure resistance, possessing compliance properties for vibration.

ThreeBond 1217H is single component room curing silicone sealant for FIPG. It has high elasticity, with improved initial pressure resistance. It has excellent resistance against engine oil, suitable as a sealant for high-grade oil. Furthermore, it has an excellent initial pressure resistance and corresponds well to movements of parts due to vibration.
